Q: How can I measure my heart rate more accurately?

1. Please make sure your personal information (age, height, weight) in the Gaofit application is filled out correctly. (Go to Gaofit app > My Info to set up)

2. Please wear the watch one finger from your wrist bone and adjust the elasticity of the wrist strap to a comfortable position. Then keep breathing steadily and remain stationary. More time is needed to measure more accurate data. It is normal for heart rate data to be erratic at first. If you take more measurements and test longer, you will find that the data will be more accurate.

Q: How can I track my steps more accurately?

1. Please make sure your personal information (age, height, weight) in the Gaofit app is filled out correctly. (Steps: Go to Gaofit app->My Info, also you can add step goal in Gaofit app->Health->My Device).

2. This watch counts steps by built-in independent induction, and the number of steps will be recorded when the arm moves, so there may be some tolerance error when using it. Through many tests, the step count data of our watch is almost the same as the brand-name products. We also recommend that you take 100 steps outdoors to test for accuracy. (To reduce data error, 20 steps or less are not counted.
