Q & A about THIKPO T42 Smart Watch

Q1: Why it show “Upload failed please try again” while saving Favorite contacts ?

A1: To save contact numbers with bracket, please press UPGRADE in Da fit APP to upgrade the APP. (Note: please keep the remaining power of smartwatch up to 60%, and do not operate while system is upgrading.)

Q2: Why it keep showing “Connecting” while try to “ADD A DEVICE ” but could not bind the smart watch in APP ?

A2: Go to bluetooth page of cellphone, click the exclamation to forget both connection of T42 and Audio_T42, then connect both bluetooth and try to bind the smartwatch again.

Q3: Why it could not receive TEXT and other APP messages ?

A3: Solution 1 – Turn on 3 permissions. (1) The notification permission in the phone settings. (2) The notification permission in APP you need to receive information. (3) The notification permission in DaFit app. ( Please make sure the DISTURB in the smart watch is turned off. You can’t reply message from watch directly.) Sulotion 2 – Please remove the Da Fit APP and download again. Allow all requires from APP while installing the APP, and turn on all NOTIFICATIONS button including Others. (Please make sure your cellphone will display those messages while holding by.)

Q4: What’s the function of DISTURB ?

A4: When you turn on the DISTURB mode in smart watch, the watch can not receive and display information. When you need to receive messages from mobile phone, turn off the DISTURB mode.

Note: The audio cannot be turned on when the watch battery is low. The distance of the Bluetooth connection should not exceed ten meters.
