Tiny load switch controls 1A for wearables and IoT

They come in the company’s 0.65mm x 0.65mm WCSP4G package that is only 0.45mm and can switch up to 1A (2A pulsed).

On-resistance varies from 46mΩ running at 5.5V, to 343mΩ running at 1V. Switch off-leakage is 13nA and turn on delay at 3.3V is well under 1ms – output slew-rate control is included.

There are three devices:

• TCK126BG active-high turn-on, without automatic discharge
• TCK127BG active-high turn-on, with automatic discharge
• TCK128BG active-low turn-on, with automatic discharge (pictured)

Operation is over -40 to 85°C, with an abs max input and control range of -0.3 to 6.0V.
