Common issues and troubleshooting solutions: 1)Game system does not turn on. Make sure the plug is properly seated in the socket or surge protector and that the light is illuminated on the plug. 2)The tetris game shows up when the game system powers up. Make sure the game card is firmly inserted in the back of the game system. 3)Controllers not working properly . Contact the seller and we can send you replacements.
